Tiny Champions (Ages 4-5 years old):
Tiny Champions (Ages 4-5 years old)
Our Tiny Champions program focuses on leadership and life skills for each individual student.
At Infusion Mixed Martial Arts we understand what those concepts mean and how to teach them to a young person. This allows our students to learn safe, fun, and practical martial arts. Our teaching philosophy promotes learning from peers in order to help students succeed at any challenge they may face. Once these skills are learned, IMMA students can use them forever!
Due to the nature of the situations involving a young person’s self-defense (usually involving words, pushing and/or wrestling) we teach ground control techniques taken from various styles of grappling, including wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), which allow our students to control the other person without needing to strike, punch or kick.
Kids love grappling because they can work hard, it’s effective against both larger and smaller opponents, and they realize how to improve their confidence to appropriately deal with any situation at hand. Plus it’s safe!
Little Champions (ages 5-8 years old):
Little Champions (ages 5-8 years old)
Our Little Champions students focus on leadership and life-skills all while learning safety, respect, self control and a true understanding of how implementing these skills can greatly enhance the confidence, self-respect and overall quality of a young person’s life. We educate our students in what these skills and concepts mean and how to implement them as a young person.
At IMMA we understand the importance of teamwork, self discipline, focus, and personal responsibility further allowing our students to develop positive relationships with peers, classmates, teachers, and most importantly his or her family members.
It is very important (and required to advancement in our program) that our students demonstrate these skills at our academy, at home, at school, and everywhere they go!
Along with the leadership and life skills students of this age safely learn both stand-up and ground self-defense techniques.
This is a six month program that teaches new students the basics of techniques such as mental and verbal self-defense, blocking, proper punching and kicking techniques, stances and the basic ground control of martial artists developing students to be a black belt from the inside out.
For youth students our primary focus is to have fun while receiving an education in leadership and life skills. Focus, Self-Discipline, Self-Control, Respect for one’s self and others as well as Teamwork and Confidence are all key concepts of our program.
For the students, they love learning fun and practical martial arts! For the parents, they can see the leadership skills their children are learning that will help them overcome any challenge in life!
Basic Training is for beginning students who are training at the belt rank levels of white, yellow, and orange.
Teen Program:
Teen Program
At Infusion Mixed Martial Arts our goal is to shape intelligent, well-rounded, respectful, hard-working, fun-loving and capable individuals inside our academy as well as at home and school. Is that possible?
Yes, it is!
At IMMA we are here to help every student become the awesome person they want to be!
Our teen classes are great social classes taught with the teenage mentality in mind. These classes are conducted with high activity levels and a mentally and physically challenging curriculum.
Many teens are exploring who they are and who they want to become as well as where they stand in regard to their peers and family members. Our teen class members learn to carry themselves with confidence and pride , to try new things, and learn the skills necessary to defend themselves and succeed in life.
We develop our student’s mental and physical fitness and teach them how to care for themselves as a person and an athlete.
Our MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) for teens focuses on three general areas, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (taught for sport/competition, body & spatial awareness, improved coordination, flexibility and strength, as well as self-defense), Muay Thai (taught for self-defense, speed and coordination training, as well as timing), and most importantly “Mental Martial Arts”.
Infusion MMA instructors care deeply for the individual success of every student. We are here to help each student become the awesome person they want to be both inside the academy as well as outside at home, school, work and in life.
No matter how much time a person has put into developing their physical abilities, attributes, and skills without mental self-control, focus, self-discipline and respect for oneself and the people around them these physical skills and techniques are useless. Infusion MMA teaches students how to successfully implement these skills into their everyday life and grow as a person and martial artist!
At IMMA we focus on helping our teens develop great pride in who they are! We teach our teen students goal-setting techniques and help them determine and accomplish the goals that will allow them to become the awesome person they want to be, in addition to becoming a great martial artist!
Adult Program:
Adult Program
The Infusion Mixed Martial Arts (IMMA) program for adults has been developed with the adult mentality in mind. We study very real martial arts at IMMA that is frequently used to improve self defense, speed and reflexes as well as overall athletic ability.
We are here to help each adult student become the awesome person they want to be!
Our adult classes are great social classes with high activity levels and curriculum that challenges each student differently. Infusion MMA’s curriculum is great for the basic student all the way up to the advanced martial artist!
Many adults have goals in mind and know where they want to go but could use a little assistance getting there. Infusion MMA instructors can offer that “assistance”. We let you tell us what your goals are and help guide you through workouts that are designed to teach confidence, improve body-awareness, information retention and coordination, enhanced flexibility and learn the skills necessary to defend yourself.
We are a mixed martial arts school, not a “fight school”. We teach extremely real martial arts in a very safe, motivational, and positive classroom setting. Build your confidence and feed your curiosity about the Martial Arts!
Adult classes develop fitness and teach you how to care for yourself as a person and athlete.

Black Belt Training Program:
Black Belt Training Program
Infusion MMA’s Black Belt Training Program is designed for the martial artist who has set a goal to one day become an Infusion MMA Black Belt.
The Black Belt Training Program offers students additional training toward their curriculum, focused on developing and understanding all the details needed to cleanly and consistently perform their martial arts.
All BBT students work through drills to help them explore their martial arts from both mental and physical aspects through advanced technique training drills and discussions.
Premier Training Program:
Premier Training Program
Be on the Infusion MMA Demonstration Team! This is an “Invitation Only” program.
In addition to the Black Belt Training Program these students receive additional training each week toward their curriculum which is focused on developing and understanding the details needed to cleanly and consistently perform their martial arts at a higher level.
All PTP students work through techniques and drills earlier than the average Black Belt Training and Basic Training student giving them more time to “fine tune” their techniques before they test for their first degree IMMA Black Belt.
Leadership Training Program:
Leadership Training Program
This is our instructor training course. The program trains students of levels all become an Infusion Mixed Martial Arts instructor.
Leadership students study the “V.A.K.” (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) teaching model and how people use a combination of these three senses to learn and communicate new skills and information.
Using the knowledge of the V.A.K. model, students practice teaching IMMA curriculum. Their goal is to educate while consistently reinforcing a student’s use of leadership and life skills (Focus, Respect, Self-discipline, Confidence, Communication, and Teamwork.) This focus helps students and teachers persevere and overcome the mental and physical challenges of classes.
At IMMA we find that our student’s ability to understand and appropriately apply these skills and philosophies is directly related to their success outside of the academy whether at school, work or home. We believe it is important to instill these skills as well as the ability to use them as needed in each of our leadership students!
The skills learned through our Leadership Training Program can never be taken away from an Infusion Mixed Martial Arts student. Those skills will be his or hers for ever!
(*Includes the weekly Premier Training competition seminar)
Masters Team:
Masters Team
Each of these students has the opportunity to learn about “common threads” or basic “philosophies” which link the martial arts together. Master Tracy believes understanding these concepts will only increase a student’s ability to understand and practice all other martial arts.
Some common threads that Infusion Mixed Martial Arts focuses on are:
- The importance of Caring for one’s self both Mentally and Physically as a way to prolong a Happy and Positive life
- The Physics and Body Mechanics used to perform the physical movements of the Arts, Athletics and Martial Arts Forms or Kata
- Leverage, Energy Flow and the Transfer of Energy
- Continued Self-Development and Personal Understanding through open-minded education
When we combine this knowledge with a positive outlook on life, along with the leadership and life skills developed by each one of our students we end up with an Infusion Mixed Martial Arts black belt.
The confidence gained through accomplishing a high level of understanding in these areas naturally leads to success in other areas of a Black Belt’s life. These successes take place inside the martial arts academy, at school, work, and even at home!
In addition to in depth development of the student’s unique art Infusion MMA Masters Team members train in weapon self-defense. The weapon self-defense training includes common items such as handguns, knives, stick(s), and “everyday” items. (Examples of an everyday item may be a backpack, a cooking pan, pencil, umbrella, a rake, or even a purse!)
“Knowledge is power!”
