Mondays, 8:15-9:00 pm;
Tuesdays, 7:00-7:45 pm;
(*Tuesday, July 20's class will be held from 7:45-8:30 pm)
Thursdays, 6:00-6:45 pm

FOCUS of the BOOT CAMP
Our focus is to improve
muscle tone, coordination, overall strength and
flexibility
, and to provide each participant with practical martial art skills
that would serve as
self-defense techniques through "functional"
training.  We use real martial arts training to get you in shape!
And for those people looking to drop a few pounds, our workouts will help
you do just that.

"Expect to sweat!"

Cost: $100.00
*The person that looses the most weight,
will receive $100.00 back at the end of our 4 week session!

What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes and clean workout shoes (many people
choose not to wear shoes at all, being that we workout on a martial arts floor).  We
suggest bring a towel and a water bottle.
